Quick Vacation Update!

Well, I am here in Weatherford with Ryan and his sweet family. We came for sweet Karis’ 4th birthday, and it has been sooo fun. I won’t spend long blabbing-just wanted to share a few pictures!

Rachel

Fun. Easy going. Theatrical. Funny. Unpredictable. These are a few words that come to mind when thinking of Rachel. I have known Rachel since fifth grade, so it was a pleasure getting to take her out for a shoot. She is a beautiful young lady, inside and out. I really can’t wait for you to see how fun she is, so I’m going to stop talking :)


















































Let me explain this next shot. On the cover of an issue of W magazine was this gorgeous man, Brad Pitt. I know, I know, what’s new? Well this one was different. The article was about how real he is. We all make him to be some sort of god, and he wanted W readers to know that he is just a man. An amazingly gorgeous man, but that’s not the point here. *clears throat* The point is that on the cover, was his face. He wasn’t smiling. He wasn’t all sad and pouty. He wasn’t trying to be anything he wasn’t or show any sort of emotion. He was just him. He asked the editors of this magazine not to edit his face. So there he was, wrinkles and imperfections, and beautiful. Not because he is Brad Pitt, but because he was simply being him. So I do this shot in every shoot, and people look at me like I am crazy but they always end up being my favorite. Jessica & Taylor

So, we went for a walk. Something she and I did regularly to discuss our normal fourteen year old drama. And she says, "I think I like Taylor." And I brush it off, because I think I had a crush on him that day too. You see, Jessica and I went to school together and were inseperable for a number of those years. Never in a million years would I have thought that I would shoot their wedding five years later. Funny the way it is.**

Kami & Eddie

Kami and Eddie's wedding was a sweet, fun, and memorable to say the least. They are so in love, and had a great wedding to prove it! It was a priveledge shooting their wedding, enjoy some of my faves!

Quick Update!

I just wanted to post a few pics before I leave tomorrow for a wedding in Dallas! I'm nervous/excited due to the fact that this is only my second wedding!! (My first was last weekend...) So please pray as my good friend Holley and I embark on this journey!


Here is Brandi & Brett. They are super cute and athletic and so in love. In this first one, I told them to pretend like Brandi was completely unatheletic (yeah...right) but it turned out cute.
































Now for Shaney and Cody. I don't know if I have ever met a couple that makes each other laugh more than these two-I love it!

Now for Julia and Jeremiah. Or Coach Saiz, I mean Jeremiah. Ugh. You see, he was my seventh grade science teacher-so I have to break the habit of calling him Coach, ha-ha! Who would have "thunk it"? Not me! Well, nonetheless here is the super sweet couple!

Now for Katie and Bobby. In a word, this couple is fun. The act together, they sing together, they laugh together. How perfect!

This couple loves Scrabble. Like LOVES Scrabble. In fact,they love it so much that Bobby proposed this way. They decide to go eat lunch at the Brew and when Katie went to pick up the order, she comes back to a board with the words "Will you marry me"! How sweet!

Mega-Post Numero Uno

Hello there. Well I have been working for umm, three hours or so on this blog, and was almost done when I preview it and see that HALF OF IT IS GONE! If I was in a comic, my eyes would be all swirly and there would be various symbols in my word bubble! Ugh! I swear I am computer literate, or I like to think so anyway...So here is what is left!
